Good bye Spirit.

When the Occonell family is out of town Ana and I generally feed the horses. (And cat). But we are missing one of the three horses. Spirit was recently put down, when she wasn't recovering. Super sad she was my favorite and the kids first learned to ride on her.  She will be missed.  

House fire

Last Friday I was spraying a garage door when I spelled something. I looked around and one block away I noticed flames coming out of a house. Firefighters came and worked for about two hrs puttin it out.  It was very entertaining as I did my job.  The sad part is four dogs died in the blaze. 

Retreat at Glen Eyrie

Last weekend Ana and I went on a staff church retreat with Church of the Rockies. What better place then at the Glen. We spent two days connecting with God and seeking his direction for the church.  It's amazing to slow down and spend time with him.
