Luke's photo shoot.

We were blessed to have a gift of a photo shoot for Luke.  So early this morning we ventured to the studio and shot away. Photos to come.  

To Barns and Noble

This week I have ramped up studying to prep for HVAC school and the crazy schedule I will have.  Tonight we took Luke to B and N to study.  As you can tell he was pretty excited about his first time into the store ;). 

Thursday Date Night

Since Luke has arrived it has been home time allot.  But we have been slowly getting out of the house and seeing people.  So last Thursday we made a trip to ivy wild school.  This place is the hot spot now in the Springs.  This old middle school has been turned into an mini indoor eating place with a bakery, brewery, meat shop coffee shop and other small businesses.  Super cool place

On sat we took like to see Garden of the Gods.  He did well a bit fussy but he just doesn't really like his car seat yet

And at the end of the day he gets a bath.  

Mark and Elaine.

Tonight Mark and Elaine came over to visit Luke.  Mark was my old boss at CSPD when I volunteered. It was fun to see Mark with him. He's a kid lover and they love him.  Luke seem is an instant hit with everyone. We are blessed by our community. 

Sunday with Luke.

This last Sunday us three stayed home from church and hung out. I believe I changed at least 6 diapers. Burped several times and watch an amazing invention called the breast pump. Here was his first stroller ride. 

Luke when he is awake is so attentive.  

Mid afternoon Luke and I crashed. This came the night after we didn't sleep much. 

Luke has Arrived

What start to this week with Ana having light contractions on Memorial Day to the next day at 5am going into the hospital because it was time. We had the greatest nurses and staff to take care of us.

Here is the monitor to see when the contractions were coming. This was my job to tell the nurse when they were coming so Ana knew when to push since the epidural was doing its job.
