Pikes peak hill climb

On Sunday I completed a bucket list goal. To see the international pikes peak hill climb. Brian and I got up very early for this. Hundreds of people were there watching as cars motorcycles and a semi raced to the top of the peak. What a great day.  But it was sad that a

Motorcycler died during a practice run.  The odds of surviving a crash on the peak are pretty low 

A Fun Day

Today the Harrison's came over for lunch and a nice hike in Ute Valley. Always good to catch with these great people. I even created a watermelon fish. 

Happy Bath Time

Luke does love his bath time. He's looking more like a little boy rather than a baby now. 

My day yesterday.  I spent a portion of my day ontop of a mall in Denver then while leaving I spent time waiting out an accident on I70 it was a pretty bad one.

In our neighborhood Ana has been using the local library.  Rather small for people to fit inside but just right for a few books 

A morning incline

This morning I joined some buds and hiked the incline. It's a mile of heart pumping fun.

Even though I'm not working in a big open field or enjoying nature somehow a work view like this still has Gods beauty in it.

A year ago now Luke was born. How the time has blown by. Last weekend we celebrated his birthday with friends. He even got a new ride.
